I've been surrounded by the real estate industry all my life. My father is a retired commercial broker and my mother is a retired Realtor in the residential sector. Growing up, I was surrounded by real estate magazines and wooden Open House signs and I watched as they were busy working but still had time to watch my ball games. That's when I thought, it must be great to be a Realtor.
I graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, concentration in Marketing. I am also a member of Delta Sigma Pi, a co-ed business fraternity that is known nationwide.
Then I joined a local real estate law firm called Wiegel & Fried, LLP in San Francisco. They handle tenant/landlord issues while representing the property owner. As an Administrative/Marketing Assistant, I quickly learned many rent control laws, as San Francisco is notorious for their rent control.
After soaking up fabulous rent control laws and ordinances, I studied to become a Real Estate Broker and joined Prudential Realty. Prudential has great resources with their up-to-date meetings of law and market changes, legal support from their in-house legal department, and their many affiliates in order to provide the best service for their Buyers and Sellers. Some Affiliates include, Realtor.com, Yahoo! Real Estate, and Chase Manhattan Home Mortgage.
Choosing to become a Real Estate Broker was an excellent decision and I am very happy to have served my clients in buying and selling their home. I hope that anyone who has purchased or sold their home is as happy with their Realtor too.
