I am realistic.  When I started in real estate, I knew there would be a lot of challenges and, of course, a lot of fun.  The challenge I make for myself everyday is: How can I serve my clients better?  It is fun to assist people through the real estate buying process to finally find their dream home or sell their house and see them move on to the next phase of their lives. I graduated from Chinese Culture University, Taipei, Taiwan and California State University, Sacramento.  My husband, David, is an attorney certified as specialist in family law by the California State Board of Legal Specialization.  His practice includes real estate law and all aspects of family law.  I have 2 children, Brian (13) who plays the piano and tennis; and J.B. (11) who swims on the East County Stingrays Swim Team.  I have 3 dogs, Bach, Lucas, and Pete.  Outside of my profession, I am a member of the United States Humane Society, PETA, and am a Boy Scout Mom.
